1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Erayaha Inc ("Erayaha") for pre-submission environmental clearance gap audits, accessing our API endpoints, or using our interactive tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Advisory & Quality-Check Nature of Service
Erayaha provides an automated pre-submission readiness and gap audit designed to identify statutory non-compliances, cumulative spatial thresholds, sensitive habitat setbacks, and multi-document discrepancies before formal submission to regulatory bodies. Erayaha is an independent technical intelligence provider and does not represent governmental appraisal authorities or statutory review boards.
Final statutory approvals, permits, or environmental clearances remain the sovereign prerogative of official regulatory authorities. Proponents and accredited environmental coordinators remain responsible for final filings submitted under their signatures.
3. Intellectual Property & Reports
Clients retain full ownership of their underlying project data and filings. Upon payment of audit fees, Erayaha grants the client an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and submit the generated audit dossier and GIS maps to regulatory committees, lenders, and investors.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by standard commercial enterprise principles or applicable bilateral master service agreements executed between the parties.
